The jubilee XXV International Scientific and Practical Forum “Legaltechnetics” has opened a new chapter in the understanding of significant technical and legal phenomena, providing leading representatives of legal science and practice with an opportunity for effective cooperation. For the first time in a quarter of a century, the attention of researchers was drawn to the understanding of legal analytics, doctrinal theoretical and sectoral approaches to its essence, specificity and significance. During the discussion, extraordinary assessments and creative proposals were made, which are of fundamental importance for the long-term construction of a system of knowledge about legal analytics, in relation to legal science, practice and educational activities. Comprehension of a wide range of types and forms of legal analytics associated with modern technologies of doctrinal analysis of legal information, educational technologies, law enforcement activities, criticism of legislation, the problem of legislative imbalance allowed us to come to the conclusion about the integrity and significance of this phenomenon. The actualization of the consideration of doctrinal and practical aspects of legal analytics is based on the permanent growth of the volume and systemic complication of national legislation, the legitimization of the life of society, the demand for interdisciplinary knowledge, the emergence of new socially significant spheres of activity of citizens, the need for lawyers-specialists of a new formation. A deep, multi-level analysis of theoretical, sectoral, applied, technical and legal aspects of legal analytics is designed to create a basic basis for the formation of dominant provisions on the understanding, essence, functioning of this phenomenon, which will not only make it possible to take the next step in the development of technical and legal knowledge, but also significantly enrich the law-making, legal interpretation, legal realization activities with effective tools, it will make positive adjustments to the process of training legal researchers and legal practitioners.
