The review of the monograph of the PhD in Law, associate Professor Elena A. Osavelyuk, which provides a comparative analysis of the status and other powers of the highest state authorities of the Russian Federation, is given. At the same time, attention is drawn to the fact that the status powers most contribute to the interaction of these subjects and give it a systemic character. The relevance of such a systematic study for the theory and practice of modern Constitutional Law of the Russian Federation is recognized.
